Describing the style of Brazilian professionals has never been a simple task for me. Even though the consultancy activity has allowed me to work with professionals from probably more than 200 companies, it becomes increasingly evident to us how different we Brazilians are as a group.
There is no doubt that we have many common wordpress web design agency characteristics. Most of our stereotypes are true. We are, in general, informal. In the way of speaking, managing and leading. We value personal relationships in the work environment, and it is difficult for us to enter into conflict situations, even when necessary.
In general, even though punctuality, objectivity and discipline are considered important, for the majority of Brazilians they have a secondary importance.
At the same time, we live in a country of continental dimensions. Populated by a heterogeneous society, of different ethnicities and cultures. However, there are so many professional styles.

This sector of activity also influences the way we work and do business. In electronic commerce companies, autonomy and freedom of ideas are valued above all, while in traditional sectors (such as finance), hierarchy, processes and dress codes continue to be highly observed elements.
Finally, the nationality of a company also strongly defines its corporate culture. It is very funny to observe the differences in the work environment of the three largest tire manufacturers, of Japanese, American and Italian origin.
This is how we are Brazilians in the corporate environment. At the same time, we are similar in our informality, but different in each region, sector of activity and company.
